CDQ Collective is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to make our website, www.cdqcollective.com, accessible, user-friendly, and inclusive for everyone.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and services and to ensure we provide equal access and opportunity to all visitors.

For information about how we collect and use personal data, as well as the terms governing use of our website and services, please see the links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions in the footer.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have taken steps to adapt this site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and we aim to meet Level AA accessibility standards where reasonably possible.

This site’s content has been designed to support assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, we have implemented measures including:

  • Designing the site with clear language and readable content

  • Structuring pages with logical reading and navigation order

  • Using clear and consistent heading structures where appropriate

  • Providing alternative text for images where feasible

  • Applying color combinations intended to support sufficient contrast

  • Minimizing excessive motion or animations when possible

  • Making reasonable efforts to ensure media and downloadable content are accessible

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process and will continue to review and improve these features over time.

Ongoing Improvements

As a growing organization, we recognize that accessibility is an evolving process. We regularly review our website and make updates to improve accessibility and usability.

While we make every effort to ensure accessibility, some content or features may not yet be fully optimized. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

Some pages or features on our website may include third-party tools or content (such as embedded media, analytics, or payment processors) that are outside of our direct control. While we aim to work with accessible providers, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

CDQ Collective operates primarily as a remote organization and does not maintain a public physical office. On occasion, in-person meetings may be held at mutually agreed-upon public locations.

If an in-person meeting is requested, we encourage clients to communicate any accessibility needs in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to select an accessible meeting location whenever possible.

For questions or accommodation requests related to accessibility, please contact us at info@cdqcollective.com.
